Expected Timings/ Processing Time
1. Design - Work will begin on your design once you have placed your order. You will receive your artwork within 4 - 6 days. In case you want to rush your order, you can rush you order at checkout. We will prioritise and deliver the design in 24 - 48 hours for approval.
2. Amendment - Once you have received your artwork, you then have time to review before we make any alterations.
3. Approval - Once you are happy with your design, final approved files will then be sent for production/printing. In case of digital option you will have it delivered on registered email.
4. Production Time - It takes 2 - 5 days in production.
5. Shipping Time - It's takes 5 - 10 days for shipment to be delivered.
Important to Note:
We offer 'Rush My Order' at checkout. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
