Expected Timings/ Processing Time for Image Portrait

1. Design - Work will begin on your design once you have placed your order. You will receive your artwork within 4 - 6 days. In case you want to rush your order, you can rush you order at checkout. We will prioritise and deliver the design in 24 - 48 hours for approval.

2. Amendment - Once you have received your artwork, you then have time to review before we make any alterations.

3. Approval - Once you are happy with your design, final approved files will then be sent for production/printing. In case of digital option you will have it delivered on registered email.

4. Production Time - It takes 2 - 5 days in production.

5. Shipping Time - It's takes 5 - 10 days for shipment to be delivered. 

Important to Note:
We offer 'Rush My Order' at checkout. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.

We offer FREE shipping within the USA on all orders.
We ship globally to CA, UK, and AUS for a flat fee of $15 (USD).

It gets calculated automatically as per your location.

FOR MAPS

Processing/Shipping Time
We've processing time of 24 hours for Map Posters/Canvas. For Digital options you will receive your file on registered email within 6 - 10 hours. Delivery Time - It depends upon the courier partner speed, usually takes 5 - 8 days to get delivery.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping within the USA on all orders over $100+. For orders under $100, we charge flat rate shipping of $10 (USD).
We ship globally to CA, UK, and AUS for a flat fee of $15 (USD). It gets calculated automatically as per your location at checkout.

Please Note

1. For order including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Box. Product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. 

2. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
