We pride ourselves on our print quality, unique product designs and concepts. In the unlikely event that something is damaged or defective on route to you then we will replace it or issue a return. Our products are printed and shipped in the USA from Michigan & Florida.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
It is our goal to satisfy our customers and if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of your delivery to start your Acceptance Return process at support@joyie.co
We do not accept returns unless you have a damaged or misprinted item. Each piece is Unique and made to order for each individual customer, because of that we can not restock, recycle or reuse any customized shipped canvas.
Please note that purchases under any kind of promotional offer are NON-RETURNABLE.
Please email a photo of the damaged item along with your information (email) and purchase number. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send it. In certain cases the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping. This helps us track the return properly. Please return the canvas to the original packaging and write the purchase order number on the outside of the box.

Once we receive your returned package, we will drop you an email to notify you we have received your order. A refund* will be submitted back to your original method of payment.Â

Damages or Defective Product-
Please inspect your order upon receipt of parcel and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.Â

Received the Wrong Item(s)-
All items are check carefully before they are shipped out in accordance with your order details, names, messages etc. However, in the event where there is a mistake and the wrong item is shipped, please do not worry. We’ll take care of it promptly and ensure a satisfactory solution. Just drop us an email at support@joyie.co and we’ll handle it right away!
